atech innovations gmbh is part of the Technology Division of the ARAN group and is owned 75% by ARAN Holding GmbH. The ARAN group consists of more than 20 medium-sized companies which are, for the most part, majority-owned subsidiaries of ARAN Holding GmbH. The group companies are active in three business fields: processing, technology and project construction. ARAN Holding GmbH has its seat in Bad Schwartau near Luebeck, Germany, and has 25 employees. The entire group employs approximately 400 members of staff at more than 30 locations in Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Hungary, the US and China.
