Ceramic membranes by atech are used to treat and recycle the waste water from laundries
In laundries for work clothes and similar textiles, ceramic membranes can be used to treat and recycle the waste water. The ultrafiltration unit can be used as a preliminary stage for reverse osmosis. Basically, the goals such as reduction of fresh water consumption, compliance with discharge regulations and minimization of the amount of residues are achieved.
Stable long-term operation and successful regeneration
The ceramic membrane is capable of treating Laundry waste water in a stable long term operation and the membrane was successfully regenerated.
Cleaning intervals were able to keep the FLUX value constant over a long period of time.
The ceramic membranes are chemical resistance – ready for use in a range between 0 – 14.
